Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. The role focuses on keeping fixtures stocked, store cleanliness, and executing tasks with attention to detail and adherence to procedures.

The position supports the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager through performance metrics, teamwork, and process compliance. A flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., POS system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory counts.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and providing exceptional guest service.
