Job summary

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and feedback to associates across the store.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Manages customer service initiatives and resolves customer issues to ensure a high-quality experience.
• Oversees merchandising, inventory flow, season transitions, and store operations to meet sales goals.
