Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and deposit controls.
• Experience recruiting, interviewing and training staff in compliance with policy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing and scheduling to ensure proper store coverage.
• Train employees, conduct evaluations and counsel when needed.
• Manage ordering, receiving, stocking and merchandising per SOPs.
• Ensure cashier accountability and proper cash control.
• Monitor store operations to maintain safety and security.
• Drive sales through execution of merchandising, pricing and promotions.
