Family Dollar in Quinlan, Texas is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service and team development on a daily basis. The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and promotional execution.

You will assist with opening and closing procedures, merchandise flow from delivery to floor, scheduling, payroll, and loss prevention while maintaining a clean, well-stocked store. A high school diploma or equivalent and prior store management experience are preferred; lifting

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform duties requiring walking, standing, bending, and climbing.

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
