Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers and guiding them through paperwork.
• Process and audit documents for retail and wholesale sales, including contracts and DMV docs.
• Manage auction and appraisal transactions with accurate titles, payoffs and funding docs.
• Handle cash management tasks: receive payments, prepare deposits, and maintain security protocols.
• Train and mentor new associates and support store operations across departments.
