Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. The role focuses on stocking merchandise, keeping fixtures orderly, and completing assigned tasks with attention to detail and compliance with company standards.

You will work with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager, maintain cleanliness, assist with inventory processes, and contribute to meeting store goals while providing friendly service to guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., POS system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Keep fixtures stocked with merchandise and maintain store cleanliness.
• Support the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager on performance metrics.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, and inventory procedures.
• Drive operational excellence by replenishing, facing, and ensuring testers are available.
• Provide exceptional guest service and protect company assets.
