Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. in California is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and guest experience.

You will keep fixtures stocked, maintain cleanliness, and complete assigned tasks while partnering with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to meet performance goals. You will follow policies, wear the dress code, handle merchandise resets and inventory procedures, and help provide a welcoming, efficient shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals by ensuring tasks are executed and products are available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and inventory processes.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies and dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, and shipments.
• Keep work area replenished, signed, and faced; ensure testers are available.
• Maintain store cleanliness across sales floor, restrooms, cashwrap, and back areas.
• Protect assets by following loss-prevention practices and guest service standards.
