Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, maintain stock, and ensure a clean, inviting shopping environment for guests.

You will work with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to meet store goals, adhere to procedures, and provide excellent guest service. Responsibilities include replenishment, merchandising resets, inventory procedures, and maintaining display standards while upholding Ulta Beauty policies and dress code.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes, including shipment and replenishment.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Be knowledgeable of and ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty’s policies, procedures, and standards.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty’s dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, physical inventory procedures, and processing shipment using Ulta Beauty’s technology and best practices.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping assigned work area replenished, signed, and faced, and ensuring testers are available.
• Maintain outstanding store standards and overall store cleanliness including salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
