Live Well Homecare is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations under the Store Manager’s guidance, ensuring a clean, organized environment and a customer-first focus.

You will supervise employees, manage merchandise presentation, handle paperwork, and assist with deposits and other financial tasks while safeguarding assets. The role includes stocking, cashiering, and other duties to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Retail and supervisory experience is preferred.
• Ability to interpret manuals and perform mathematical calculations.
• Knowledge of cash handling, safety policies, and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, operate cash registers, and assist customers.
• Assist with employee scheduling, training, and safety meetings.
• Manage merchandise receiving, stocking, and display following company standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory, control damages, markdowns, and conduct facility controls.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation per planograms and store policies.
• Support financial integrity through cashier accountability, cash handling, and deposit procedures.
• Assist in store management during the Store Manager’s absence.
