Job summary

Kelley Williamson Co. is seeking a Station Manager to lead daily operations at an assigned retail location, ensuring uninterrupted service and a positive customer experience.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, staff development, and delivering high-quality products with exceptional customer service. The position requires 6+ years of management experience, excellent communication, and the ability to manage inventory, scheduling, cash handling, and facility maintenance while upholding safety

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of management experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any required alcohol sales licenses where applicable.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of an assigned retail location to ensure uninterrupted service and a positive customer experience.
• Schedule staff effectively and be readily available to assist when needed.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels for retail stock, fuel, car wash chemicals, and operating supplies.
• Perform cash management and ensure accurate transactions.
• Coordinate facility maintenance and ensure a clean, safe environment for customers and staff.
