Requirements

Overall responsibility for daily store operations, including:

• Employment and employee relations
• Retail management and operations
• Accurate and timely paperwork
• Staff scheduling and availability
• Inventory management
• Cash management
• Customer service and communication
• Facility maintenance

This role reports to the District Manager. The team includes an Assistant Manager, Lead Sales Associate, and Sales Associates.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Minimum 6 years management experience. Proven team motivator and trainer.
• Completion of Food Service Sanitation Management course and valid certificate onsite.
• Legal requirements: Operator License for alcohol sales if applicable.
• Superior customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum age 21, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, stoop, bend, reach, climb, shovel, sweep, and mop.

1-3 years of prior management experience in retail, grocery, or restaurant is required.
