Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years management experience in retail, grocery, or restaurant.
• Leadership and employee development abilities.
• Must complete Food Service Sanitation Management course and maintain certificate.
• Must have or obtain Operator License to sell alcohol where required.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of an assigned retail location to ensure uninterrupted service and positive customer experience.
• Lead and develop staff, schedule effectively, and manage paperwork.
• Maintain inventory levels for retail stock, fuel, car wash chemicals, and operating supplies.
• Manage cash handling and facility maintenance; ensure a clean, well-stocked environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address issues.
