Job summary

CJ's Tire and Automotive is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead our location’s team, drive exceptional customer service, and supervise, direct and motivate associates. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, staffing, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of automotive or retail management experience, holds a valid driver's license, and can work 10–12 hour shifts three days per week while maintaining composure under pressure.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of automotive or retail management experience.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work extended workdays, 10–12 hours, three times a week.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle stress.
