Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a Supervisor (full-time) in a retail environment in Columbus, MS. You will lead a high performing team, model professional customer service, and help maintain a safe, clean store during operating hours from 6am to 10pm.

The role offers an anticipated hourly rate of $19.00, with eligibility for a monthly bonus and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, a 401(k), and paid time off.

• Ensure and model professional customer service
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations including Stocking/Sales associate duties, and responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and develop others
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled
