Harbor Freight Tools in Natchez, MS is seeking a full-time Supervisor to lead a high-performance team in a busy retail environment. You will be empowered to coach staff, model excellent customer service, and ensure store standards are met every shift.

• Experience leading teams in a retail environment.
• Proven ability to deliver high-standard customer service.
• Ability to train and develop staff across store duties.
