Job summary

Storage Asset Management is seeking a Property Manager in Landisville, PA to drive leasing and tenant relations at our self-storage facilities. You will convert inquiries into rentals, conduct facility tours, maintain peak presentation, and execute local marketing plans.

Requirements include exceptional customer service, weekend availability, and prior leasing or retail management experience. A High School diploma or GED is required; college education is a plus. Valid driver’s license preferred.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service is essential.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Open availability including weekends is required.
• Ability to perform light maintenance and upkeep of property.
• Experience in leasing, retail, or operations management a plus.
• Proven ability to generate business and close leads in sales/marketing.
• Energetic, adaptable, and receptive to new ideas.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Be the sales champion, converting inquiries into rentals.
• Elevate the customer experience with facility tours.
• Ensure the facility is clean and well-maintained.
• Execute daily facility inspections for premium presentation.
• Implement marketing plans and community outreach as directed.
• Build presence in local associations and events.
• Mentor assistant managers with sales skills.
• Proactively manage rent collections and fees.
• Maintain accurate accounting records with transparency.
