Job summary

You will partner with the Store Manager, overseeing scheduling, merchandising, inventory, and safety, and lead recruitment, coaching, and performance management to drive customer satisfaction and store profitability across front-end and pharmacy functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Walgreens internship, or HS diploma with two years of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with ethics, motivation, and communication.
• Complete Store Manager training program (LEAP) or Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) except in Puerto Rico.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients, resolves complaints, and models service best practices.
• Leads and coaches front-end and pharmacy teams; monitors service metrics.
• Analyzes store operations data and plans improvements with Store Manager to drive growth.
• Oversees scheduling, cash handling, inventory, safety, and store maintenance.
• Hires, trains, and develops team members; manages performance and discipline.
