Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Walgreens Internship or High School Diploma/GED with two years supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, ethics, motivation and strong communication skills.
• Completion of LEAP training or readiness for Walgreens Leadership Essentials program within 12 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and front-end operations to drive store performance.
• Leads recruitment, hiring, performance management and discipline for direct reports.
• Manages store scheduling, daily activities, and shifts with minimal overlap with Store Manager.
• Monitors store assets, merchandising, and compliance with policies and laws including alcohol, tobacco, and pharmacy products.
• Drives customer service metrics and handles escalations to ensure positive experiences.
• Supports store-wide operations, data analysis, and action planning for performance gains.
• Provides training, coaching, and development plans for team members.
