Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team in the New York area. You will drive store execution, performance, and customer service while building consumer loyalty.

Under the Store Manager, you will lead a team, supervise daily activities, and implement action plans for improvement. The role requires deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, strong communication, leadership and a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture.
