Gerrity's Supermarkets is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations across departments, supervise staff, and support the Store Manager in achieving sales, payroll, and productivity goals.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 3–4 years of retail management experience. Candidates must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager in daily store operations across departments.
• Lead and develop associates; supervise staff during shifts.
• Manage payroll, scheduling, and budget to meet sales and productivity goals.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Oversee inventory, signage, planograms, and merchandising standards.
• Address customer needs and resolve complaints promptly.
