Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. Equivalent.
• Minimum 3-4 years of prior Retail Management/Supervisor experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Valid and unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to calculate figures and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Store management and assist with total store operations, including customer service, associate development, sales, profit, payroll, and productivity goals.
• Supervise store operations and perform essential duties in the Store Manager's absence.
• Manage payroll and budget inputs, adjustments, and projections.
• Assist with department scheduling and training.
• Oversee and lead operational team, including department managers and associates.
• Ensure compliance with store programs and local, state, and federal regulations.
• Maintain organization and readiness for business, and ensure open/close procedures are followed.
• Ensure daily inventory tasks are completed and respond to customer inquiries with recommendations.
• Coordinate staff supervision to meet sales and visual standards and reduce shrinkage.
