Weis Markets, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager on Duty to lead operations in the absence of the Store Manager. You will oversee merchandising, pricing integrity, inventory, and staff development to ensure excellent customer service and store performance.

The role requires strong leadership, accountability, and adherence to labor laws and safety standards, with a pay range starting at $60,000 and up to $70,000 annually.

Qualificações

• Minimum requirement of a high school education or GED and two years relevant retail experience.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in business or related field desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Acts as Manager on Duty in the absence of Store Manager and maintains store operations.
• Executes weekly and seasonal merchandising plans and ensures price accuracy.
• Manages inventory levels, CGO, and supply quantities to meet demand and profit goals.
• Oversees store inventories and physical counts across departments.
• Trains and develops associates to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Conducts daily huddles and reviews schedules to meet business needs and payroll goals.
• Ensures compliance with labor laws, safety, and product handling procedures.
• Performs daily store walks to identify opportunities and communicate with associates and customers.
