Job summary

Domino’s operates a single store in Johns Creek, GA and seeks an Operating Partner/General Manager to lead daily operations with a focus on leadership, profitability, and food safety. You will drive standards, mentor staff, and foster an inclusive team culture.

The role requires strong customer service and the ability to manage costs and store technology (POS, ATS). A minimum of one year GM experience in a fast-paced service environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of GM experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.).
