Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. You will drive store execution, supervise staff, manage inventory and financials, and lead customer service initiatives. This role supports the Store Manager in total leadership and strategic operation of a CVS/pharmacy store.

Essential functions include coordinating management activities, leading store crews, and ensuring effective communication. A flexible schedule and strong problem-solving are required.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and advanced analytical skills.
• Advanced communication, leadership, supervision and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnights and weekends, with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead others and work effectively with store crews.
• Supervise and direct activities of the store's crew.
• Clearly communicate information to store crew and supervisors in a timely manner.
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvements.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
