Job summary

Walgreens in United States is seeking a Store Manager to lead the front-end and pharmacy/retail operations, driving sales and profitability while supporting the Store Manager in daily leadership.

You will supervise customer service teams, recruit and develop staff, manage scheduling, ensure compliance, and execute company initiatives to deliver store deliverables. A Bachelor’s degree and leadership experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record, all majors welcome OR satisfactorily completed a Walgreens Community Internship Program
• High School Diploma/GED and two years of supervisory experience
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
