Walgreens is seeking a Store Manager level candidate to supervise the front end, pharmacy and overall store operations in Journal Square, NJ. The role includes leading a team, hiring, coaching, scheduling, and ensuring profitability and asset protection.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with the Store Manager, and drive customer experience and performance metrics while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with leadership experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
• Completion of Store Manager training program or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks.
