You will lead recruitment, performance management, scheduling, and ensure merchandising, asset protection, and profitable operations. Strong communication and a flexible schedule are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or completion of Walgreens Community Internship Program.
• High School Diploma/GED with two years supervisory experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends.
• Potential to relocate for Store Manager promotion.
• Ability to transfer to other Walgreens assets within the same area.

Responsabilités

• Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters; manages front end and pharmacy operations.
• Leads store team, including recruitment, performance management, and discipline.
• Ensures store assets protection, merchandising, and profitability.
