Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead daily store execution, owning freight scheduling, Feed to Floor, weekly recovery, and inventory control. You will champion safe, productive operations and coach team members to meet standards.

In this role you will collaborate with the Store Manager on planning, safety, and financial results while maintaining backroom, dock, and customer service excellence. Strong leadership in retail and a focus on compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Store operations and safety/compliance experience.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight process execution and scheduling in-store operations.
• Oversee Feed to Floor and weekly recovery processes.
• Coach Operations Team Members and support Store Manager.
• Ensure safety, security, and inventory controls.
• Maintain backroom, dock, and presentation standards.
