Job summary

Qualifications

Experience: Previous retail leadership required.
Supervisory experience in store operations preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead freight process execution and scheduling, including truck unload planning, freight movement, stocking execution, and follow-up to standards.
Lead Feed to Floor process execution and ensure timely follow-up on routines and process expectations.
Oversee Inventory Control Specialist responsibilities and receiving standards, including weekly checklists and coaching.
Oversee store security processes and standards, including high-dollar controls and safety compliance.
Coach Operations Team Members and support Store Manager with planning and financial results.
