Tractor Supply Company in Fayetteville, GA, is seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager to lead operational execution in the store, overseeing freight scheduling, Feed to Floor, weekly recovery, inventory control and store safety. This role is process-driven and emphasizes coaching Operations Team Members while supporting the Store Manager.

You will ensure backroom, dock, and customer service standards, drive safety, compliance, and financial results, and maintain equipment and processes

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous retail leadership experience is required.
• Store operations and supervisory experience are strongly recommended.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
• HS diploma required; BA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight process execution and scheduling, including truck unload planning.
• Lead Feed to Floor and weekly recovery processes with standards.
• Oversee Inventory Control Specialist and receiving/adjustment routines.
• Maintain backroom/dock/assembly area standards and safety policies.
• Coach Operations Team Members and support Store Manager in operations and planning.
