Job summary

Jobtailor in Albuquerque, NM is seeking an experienced operations leader to drive total store sales and profitability while overseeing Food & Beverage, inventory, pricing, and promotional signing. You will mentor a team of experts in operations and accuracy, and lead fulfillment and backroom activities to ensure efficient, safe operations.

You will build a guest-focused culture and provide coaching to develop team skills, while maintaining compliance and high performance across all store

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong interest and knowledge of the Food & Beverage business.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong business acumen.
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
• Ability to manage conflict, lead and hold others accountable.

Responsibilities

• Drive total store sales and contribute to total store profitability.
• Manage Food & Beverage, food services, inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing and promotional signing processes.
• Manage a team of experts in operations, accuracy and efficiency.
• Lead pick, pack and ship fulfillment work when applicable.
• Develop and use workload planning tools to complete scheduled workload.
• Conduct regular team check-ins to ensure task and workload completion.
