Ultimart is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our convenience/gas station store. Responsibilities include cash handling, merchandising, inventory control, financial management, and loss prevention. You will recruit, train, and coach staff while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Candidates should be proficient in English, 18+, and capable of working opening/closing shifts. Prior leadership experience in retail is preferred and a customer-focused mindset is essential.

Formación

• Must be proficient in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Process cash, debit, credit and check transactions at POS.
• Maintain clean, organized store environment and stocked inventory.
• Follow regulations for gas, alcohol, and tobacco sales.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and performance management of team members.
• Promote customer service and resolve complaints promptly.
• Enforce daily operating procedures and ensure displays are attractive and priced correctly.
• Monitor cash over/short, shrinkage, and bank deposits.
