Job summary

Ultimart is seeking a Team Lead/Assistant Manager to steer day-to-day store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and to support all aspects of running the store. You will handle cash transactions, maintain a clean environment, and ensure inventory is stocked and faced efficiently.

The role emphasizes strong guest service, mentoring cashiers, teamwork, and adherence to safety and company policies. Availability for opening/closing shifts is required.
