Ultimart is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our convenience/gas station store in Wisconsin. The role includes managing personnel processes, merchandising, inventory control, financial management and cash handling, and loss prevention.

You will lead a team, ensure compliance with regulations, and optimize customer service while maintaining a clean and safe store environment. Flexibility for opening/closing shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team or individually.
• Must be proficient in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and clean driving record preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily store operations and personnel processes.
• Process cash, debit, credit and check transactions accurately.
• Maintain clean, organized store environment with proper inventory on display.
• Follow state and federal regulations for gas, alcohol, and tobacco sales.
• Recruit, train, and manage store team performance.
• Monitor cash over/short and inventory shrinkage; manage deposits.
