Job summary

CVS Health in Vermont is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team and drive store execution, performance and customer service excellence. You will lead by example, engage the store team and ensure high standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities include supervision of staff, inventory and sales, financial oversight, and delivering action plans for operational improvements while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication, leadership, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead others and work effectively with store crews
• Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store’s crew
• Effectively communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner
• Support Store Manager with actions plans for operational and service improvement
• Assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints
• Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, and thank)
