Responsibilities

Promote accountability to meet store goals for sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
Drive profitability through operational excellence and cost control.
Oversee scheduling with payroll budgets and in-store forecasting.
Review store financials and operational reports regularly.
Lead makeup applications and demonstrations to drive guest engagement and sales.
Coach and develop associates with feedback and performance reviews.
