Job summary

FE-MA ENTERPRISES INC is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead daily store activities, drive sales targets, and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee inventory, implement efficient HR-aligned procedures, train staff, resolve customer inquiries, and uphold health, safety, and company standards while working with finance to optimize budgets and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years in retail management or store operations.
• Experience supervising, training and developing staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the store team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Oversee inventory management including ordering, receiving, and merchandising.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
• Monitor store performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Develop policies with HR to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Train and mentor staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and company standards.
• Collaborate with departments to align operations with business objectives.
• Prepare and manage budgets with the Finance Department to maximize profitability.
