You will lead operations, assist in planning, manage inventory and personnel, and foster a culture that emphasizes safety and quality in every interaction with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and advanced analytical skills with computer proficiency.
• Strong communication, leadership, supervision and influencing capabilities.
• Willingness to work a full-time flexible schedule including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store crews and supervise daily activities to drive store performance.
