The Operations Manager at CVS Health is a member of the Store Management team, responsible for driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through excellent customer service. Under the Store Manager, you will lead a productive store team, demonstrating initiative and leading by example.

Responsibilities include store management, sales and inventory oversight, staffing, training and development, financial management, and customer service leadership.
