Job summary

The Operations Manager at CVS Health is part of the Store Management team, driving store execution and performance while delivering excellent customer service to CVS/pharmacy customers. You will support the Store Manager in staffing, training and financial management to maintain an engaged team and strong store results.

This full-time role requires flexibility for early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and advanced analytical skills with computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing ability.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead others and work effectively with store crews.
• Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store's crew.
• Effectively communicate information to store crew and supervisors.
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture.
