Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team at CVS/pharmacy. This role drives store execution and performance while building customer loyalty through exceptional service; reporting to the Store Manager to maintain an engaged, productive team.

Responsibilities include overall store management, sales and inventory control, staffing, training, development and financial management, with a strong emphasis on coaching and aligning the team to store goals.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and advanced analytical skills; proficient with computers.
• Advanced communication, leadership, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
• Experience as a retail manager or supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Lead store management duties and supervise crew.
• Drive customer service excellence and resolve customer issues.
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvements.
