Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager to lead daily store operations, drive results, and provide best-in-class customer service.

You will oversee cost controls, scheduling, safety, and food quality while guiding and developing team members to achieve store goals. The ideal candidate has prior restaurant management experience, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to manage P&L, food cost, and labor.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar
• Customer service experience
• Valid driver’s license
• High School education or equivalent
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve a common goal
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills

• Manage Store Operations and drive results including cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance & punctuality
