Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a talented General Manager with proven restaurant leadership to run our store efficiently, support our team, and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will oversee operations, control costs, manage inventory, and ensure food safety while training and developing staff to achieve sales goals and maintain Domino's standards.

If you have prior management experience in fast food and a valid driver's license, we want you to join our team.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required).
• Customer Service experience (required).
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license (required).
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Store Operations and Drive Results - Including, but not limited to: cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance & punctuality.
