Job summary

Domino's Pizza in Louisville seeks an enthusiastic Assistant Manager at our Shelbyville Rd location to oversee daily store operations, lead a team, ensure quality food preparation, and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will manage opening/closing, schedules, payroll, inventory, and cash handling, while upholding company policies and driving store performance alongside the store manager.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team (3–15 staff) during shifts.
• Must have a clean driving record and pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Maturity to model high standards for self and team; punctual and professional.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing.
• Manage and motivate team to meet performance goals.
• Ensure high-quality food prep and timely delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist in inventory management and supply ordering.
• Train and develop new team members.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Process orders accurately and manage cash transactions.
