Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; able to read and explain directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Lift up to 55 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks as needed.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment; customer service driven.
• Good problem solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsabilités

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Support customer service with a positive, approachable attitude.
• Organize merchandise flow from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain promotional displays and store-front fixtures.
• Assist in ordering, handling damaged goods, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and secure assets.
• Enforce policies, safety guidelines, and professional interactions.
• Help Store Manager train and develop Store Associates.
