Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, supervising, scheduling, training, and developing store personnel.
• Ensure clear and effective communication with employees and customers.
• Help meet sales targets and optimize cash flow to maximize profitability.
• Ensure efficient workflows and compliance with company standards in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Lead initiatives to deliver WOW! customer service and resolve concerns.
• Maintain shop safety and maximize store merchandising and cleanliness.
• Analyze Profit & Loss statements and control expenses.
• Support budgeting efforts and ensure high-performing team retention.
