Job summary

Domino's Pizza in Huntsville is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run daily store operations, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. This role reports to the General Manager and participates in staffing, training, and maintaining product quality and safety standards.

The Assistant Manager will step in as acting GM when needed and contribute to improving store performance through effective leadership and organized operations.

Qualifications

• Previous fast-paced, customer service–oriented experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership ability to motivate and guide team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customers and staff.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the General Manager in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including customer service, food preparation, inventory control, and staff scheduling.
• Supervising and training team members, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, and providing feedback.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, following safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Managing customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Contributing to strategies to improve restaurant performance and achieve goals.
• Performing administrative tasks and inventory management.
• Assume the role and responsibilities of acting General Manager in the GM's absence.
