Responsibilities

• Maintain store standards regarding cleanliness, organization, and strict adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, resolving issues in accordance with company protocol.
• Develop and manage work schedules and monitor team member hours for operational efficiency.
• Execute loss prevention protocols and maintain store security measures; evaluate sales data and implement performance improvement strategies.
• Coordinate marketing and promotional initiatives to support sales objectives.
