Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Eagle Browser preferred.
• Experience in different departments of the store preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of operating a POS system preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations as manager-on-duty.
• Promote and maintain customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with merchandising, staffing, and profitability.
• Plan schedules and coordinate staff assignments.
• Monitor inventory and vendor replenishment.
• Ensure security, sales, and recordkeeping procedures.
• Address customer complaints and inquiries.
• Open/close store and manage payroll budget.
