Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team at CVS/pharmacy in Rock Hill, SC. The role centers on driving store execution, performance, and customer service while building loyalty and ensuring quality in every interaction.

You will support the Store Manager in leading a productive team, managing staffing, training, and development, and overseeing store operations, sales, and inventory to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and advanced analytical skills required.
• Strong communication, leadership and supervision abilities.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including some early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store crews and work effectively with the team.
• Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store’s crew.
• Communicate information openly and promptly to staff and supervisors.
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvements.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture.
